Gio is a versatile Team Leader at Elite VA Society. With a unique professional trajectory that spans from hospitality management to academe and now to executive assistance, Gio brings a wealth of experience and a multifaceted approach to his leadership role, promoting a culture of continuous learning and top-tier service.

Gio started his career journey in the hospitality industry, earning his college degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from STI, one of the top tech-focused colleges in the Philippines. This foundation equipped him with a keen understanding of customer service and operations management as well as the technological knowledge, skills which have proven invaluable in his later roles.

Transitioning from the hospitality industry, Gio then spent several years in the field of education as an instructor and coach to college and senior high school students. This position further honed his communication skills, his ability to understand different learning styles, and his passion for mentoring others towards achieving their potential.

Eager to apply his diverse skill set in a new context, Gio made another career shift, becoming an executive assistant for KW Leadership. This role allowed him to excel in managing administrative tasks, supporting high-level executives, and understanding the inner workings of businesses.

Continuing his education, Gio pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration, where he acquired advanced knowledge in business strategy and leadership-further equipping him for his current role at Elite VA Society.

As a Team Leader at Elite VA Society, Gio brings all his past experiences together, fostering a positive, learning-centered environment. He merges his hospitality background with his educational and corporate experiences, ensuring that his team delivers unparalleled service to clients. His leadership style, characterized by open communication, empathy, and motivation, fosters a collaborative and high-performing team.

Outside of his professional life, Gio remains an avid traveler, drawing from his love of hospitality and cultures. He also maintains his passion for learning, often dedicating his free time to reading books and playing chess.
