Star Leal founded Elite VA Society in February 2020 with a clear vision: to redefine what a virtual assistant company could be, raising the standard by putting service, transparency, and people first. Five years later, that vision has grown into a company that has served 100+ clients, retains them for an average of five years, and is led by a tight-knit team of six. That growth has been entirely organic, driven by referrals from the very clients Elite VA Society serves.
At the heart of how Star leads is a dual commitment: to the clients Elite VA Society serves, and to the VAs who serve them. She believes clients deserve a partner invested in their growth, not just a vendor completing tasks, and that VAs deserve to be treated as skilled professionals whose careers and wellbeing matter as much as the work they deliver. That belief shaped Elite VA Society’s “Elite Synergy” model, where every client gains the strength of an entire team behind their VA, and every VA gains the backing of leadership and peers invested in their success. Star is also intentional about equipping her team with modern AI tools and workflows, so clients get greater output and smarter execution without losing the human judgment that makes the work great.
Before founding Elite VA Society, Star served as an executive assistant within a top-producing real estate organization, gaining a firsthand view of how high-performing teams operate and where they struggle, the very insight that became the blueprint for Elite VA Society. She also founded Elite Leverage, a custom marketing and design studio whose branding, web, social, and newsletter services help her clients show up as polished as they perform.
Today, Star is focused on scaling Elite VA Society into its next chapter, expanding well beyond its real estate roots to support entrepreneurs and teams across industries, while staying anchored to the standard that built the company in the first place.
Off the clock, you’ll find Star on the pickleball court, mentoring up-and-coming entrepreneurs, or chasing inspiration through travel and new cultures, all of which continues to shape how she leads.
