Adrian is recognized for his multifaceted expertise and commitment to excellence. With a solid foundation in tourism, education, and administrative roles, Adrian’s leadership approach seamlessly blends innovation, collaboration, and efficiency.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism, graduating cum laude, and a Master in Business Management Administration, both from the University of Baguio. His career in the tourism industry spans nearly 15 years, where he distinguished himself as a Department of Tourism-accredited tour guide in Baguio. His exemplary work earned him the prestigious title of Regional Tour Guide of the Year (2024) and recognition as a Master Regional Tour Guide in the Cordillera region.
Transitioning his knowledge into the academe, Adrian served as a tourism professor at the University of Baguio for five years, contributing richly to the curriculum with his firsthand industry insights. His public service roles have included positions as an Administrative Assistant III and Tourism Operations Officer I for the Department of Tourism–CAR, further showcasing his expertise in tourism operations and public engagement.
In his current role at Elite VA Society, Adrian serves as Operations Leader, collaborating with the leadership team to improve system operations and ensure the seamless execution of company processes. He also takes the lead in facilitating interviews and guiding applicants through various stages of the hiring process for new virtual assistants. In addition to his role at Elite VA Society, Adrian is the Marketing Coordinator at Elite Leverage, where he oversees client orders for marketing and design services while crafting engaging newsletters.
Adrian’s leadership extends into community service as President of the Outstanding Students of the Cordillera Administrative Region (OSCAR) Alumni Community Inc. and an officer of BLISTT Tour Guides Inc. His civic dedication is evident through active participation in the Rotary Club of Baguio Highlands and as a founding member of VGuides Philippines. He has represented the Philippines internationally as a Youth Ambassador of Goodwill in the 46th Southeast Asian and Japanese Youth Program. His leadership journey has been recognized with awards such as the Ten Outstanding Youth of Baguio, Outstanding Youth Leader of Baguio, and one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines–CAR.
With a Diploma in Training Management from Benguet State University, Adrian also contributes as a freelance trainer and facilitator, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and development. Balancing these roles, he remains a driving force for growth and professionalism within Elite VA Society. Adrian A.
