What are the qualifications or requirements to become a virtual assistant?
At Elite VA Society, we look for applicants with strong communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, time management skills, and a reliable work ethic. While prior VA experience is an advantage, it’s not required. We value applicants who are eager to learn, can work independently, and show professionalism in every task.
What is the process of application and how long does it take?
The application process at Elite VA Society involves submitting your application, participating in an interview, and completing assessment tests, including design tests if applicable. If selected, you’ll undergo training, followed by a meet and greet with the client to ensure compatibility. Afterward, setting up necessary accounts and workflows, then we guide you through onboarding and official start date. The length of the entire process varies depending on the client’s schedule and timeline.
What tools or software do I need to know before applying?
Familiarity with basic tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and communication platforms like Slack, Zoom, is essential. For more specialized tasks, knowing project management tools like Asana or Trello, as well as CRM systems, will be beneficial. Additionally, basic graphic and video editing tools like Canva and CapCut are a plus for content creation tasks. If you’re not proficient in these yet, we can guide you through learning them.
Will I receive training before I start working with clients?
Yes, we provide training to help you get familiar with the tools and processes you’ll need to work effectively. Whether you’re new to virtual assistance or simply need a refresher, we offer guidance to ensure you’re fully prepared to handle client tasks.

Is there a probationary period?
Yes, we have a probationary period of 60 days. This gives both you and the client time to evaluate the working relationship and performance before continuing long-term.
What kind of clients will I be working with?
At Elite VA Society, we primarily provide virtual assistant services to clients in the real estate industry based in the U.S. Each client has unique needs, and we strive to match you with those whose tasks align with your skills and experience, ensuring a good fit for both you and the client.

We assign clients based on your skills, availability, and the client’s specific needs. We strive to match you with clients where your strengths can shine and provide value to their business.
Will I be working independently or with a team?
Most VAs work independently with their assigned clients, but we highly encourage collaboration with other Elite VAs, the leadership team, or team members within the client’s organization.
Can I work as a freelance virtual assistant outside of Elite VA Society?
No, while you are a member of Elite VA Society, we require that you focus solely on the client assigned to you. This policy ensures that you can dedicate your full attention to your responsibilities and maintain the quality of service that our clients expect. What is the expected work schedule?

Payments are made monthly through secure payment platforms, and more details regarding the payment process will be discussed prior to onboarding.
Can I receive paid leaves, appraisals, and bonuses?
