Diane is a committed and detail-oriented Front-End Developer with a deep passion for designing seamless, user-focused digital experiences. She adopts a proactive leadership approach, embracing change and consistently exploring new technologies and techniques to elevate her work.

Diane earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and was recognized during her academic journey with a Leadership Award for her ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results in project management. She held key leadership roles as Vice President and later President of the CITCS-IT Society, where she led council meetings and managed student activities, further honing her leadership and team collaboration skills.

During her on-the-job training, Diane’s exceptional programming and graphic design skills were highly praised by the IT Manager, leading to a job offer that launched her career in web development.

Diane began her professional journey as a Design Strategist at Elite VA Society and has since advanced to the role of Design Lead. In this capacity, she collaborates closely with the Leadership Team to align design initiatives with broader company objectives, refines website performance through continuous testing and iteration, and stays at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies in web development.

In addition to her leadership role, Diane serves as the Web Designer for Elite Leverage, where she manages client projects focused on marketing strategies, web design, graphics, and development.
