Gio is a dynamic leader at Elite VA Society, who rose from Team Leader to Operations Manager. His professional journey spans diverse industries—from hospitality management and education to executive assistance—showcasing his adaptability, leadership, and dedication to excellence.

Gio began his career in the hospitality industry, earning a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from STI, one of the top tech-focused colleges in the Philippines, graduating as one of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines – CAR. This foundation provided him with a deep understanding of customer service, operations management, and technology—skills that have been pivotal throughout his career.

Following his success in hospitality, Gio transitioned into education, serving as an instructor and coach for college and senior high school students. In this role, he refined his communication skills, developed a talent for mentoring, and learned to adapt to different learning styles—all of which became cornerstones of his leadership approach.

Seeking new challenges, Gio shifted gears to become an executive assistant for KW Leadership, where he excelled in managing administrative tasks, supporting executives, and gaining insight into the complexities of business operations.

To enhance his expertise, Gio pursued a Master of Science in Business Administration, deepening his knowledge of business strategy and leadership. These advanced studies further equipped him to excel in his growing leadership responsibilities.

As a Team Leader at Elite VA Society, Gio synthesized his varied experiences to foster a collaborative, learning-centered environment, driving his team to deliver exceptional service to clients. His promotion to Operations Manager reflects his commitment to continuous improvement, as he now oversees broader organizational initiatives, streamlines operations, and ensures Elite VA Society’s standards of excellence are met.

Beyond work, Gio is an avid traveler who draws inspiration from his love of hospitality and diverse cultures. He also enjoys reading and playing chess, further fueling his lifelong passion for learning and critical thinking.
