Theia Tampinco is a results-driven communication graduate with a passion for excellence and service. A cum laude graduate of AMA University Online Education with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, she brings together academic distinction and hands-on experience in leadership, administration, and content development.

Beginning her journey at Elite VA Society as an Executive Virtual Assistant, Theia demonstrated initiative, reliability, and leadership potential—qualities that led to her advancement into a Team Leader position. In this role, she leads her fellow virtual assistants, oversees workflow management, ensures compliance, and supports the leadership team in maintaining high standards of performance and client satisfaction.

Her leadership journey started long before her professional career. As Editor-in-Chief of her school newspaper, and later as a co-author of a research paper presented at the Asian Congress for Media and Communication in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, Theia consistently demonstrated her ability to lead, communicate, and contribute meaningfully in both academic and team settings.
